500kg/h & 1000kg/h PLC-controlled air blanching machine for hazelnuts and pistachio peeling

Advanced Blanching Technology

Designed for blanched peanut processing lines, this air peanut blancher machine utilizes compressed air as the peeling power, replacing traditional sand roller peeling machines. The system includes hopper, elevator, receiving bin, automatic weighing device, peeling device, red skin suction device, discharge vibration sifter, dust cyclone, and air compressor (can be provided by customer).

The complete equipment is organized into five integrated systems: feeding system, peeling system, red skin collection system, discharging system, and PLC control system.

Superior Blanching Performance

The peanut blanching room features a specially structured chamber. The main blancher automatically completes the blanching process through programmed blowing and releasing cycles. This advanced technology ensures the peanut surface remains undamaged while achieving a peeling rate of up to 98%, with whole blanched peanut rates exceeding 85%.
