Process:This peanut shelling machine uses 380V, 50Hz, three-phase, fully automatic operation.

Peanuts in their shells are placed into the destoner, where gravity removes the stones. The shelled peanuts are then conveyed to the shelling machine's feed hopper. Shelled peanut kernels and a small amount of unshelled peanut kernels fall onto a separating screen. The kernels float to the surface and enter a container through the discharge port. Simultaneously, the remaining unshelled peanut kernels pass through the separating screen and enter the second discharge port into roller #2, where they are conveyed by a blower and further deshelled by friction against a thin mesh plate. Afterward, the peanut kernels pass through the separating screen again, separating the shells from the kernels. Once the entire process is complete, the peanut kernels and shells are completely separated.
