Main Process Flow of Peanut Butter Production Line

1. Roasting: Select and sort the peanuts, then roast them in an oven. The roasting temperature is usually between 200-210°C, and the roasting time is about 20-30 minutes.
2. Cooling: After roasting, immediately transfer the peanuts to the cooling system.  A fan-based cooling system is used to cool the roasted peanuts.
3. Peeling: Place the cooled peanuts into a peanut peeling machine. For peanuts with a moisture content below 5%, this machine can achieve a peeling rate of approximately 96%. The peeled peanuts remain intact and the protein does not denature.
4. Sorting: Place the peeled peanuts on a sorting conveyor belt. Remove any over-roasted or incompletely peeled peanuts, either manually or mechanically, to ensure product quality.
5. Initial Grinding: Use a grinder to perform the first grinding, producing a coarse paste.
6. Secondary Grinding: Use a high-speed shear mill for the second grinding to achieve a smoother, more refined peanut butter texture.
7. Mixing: If necessary, add sugar, salt, or other seasonings to the ground peanut butter, and then mix thoroughly using a mixer to ensure even distribution.
8. Cooling Again: After mixing, cool the peanut butter to approximately 45°C. This helps maintain stability and quality.
9. Degassing: Place the cooled peanut butter in a degassing tank to remove air, preventing oxidation and spoilage during storage.
10. Filling: Finally, use a peanut butter filling machine to fill the packaged containers (jars, bottles, etc.) with the degassed peanut butter. Ensure accurate filling volume and seal the containers tightly for storage and transportation.
